Shipping Policy

Free worldwide shipping on every order. No minimum spend.

Production and delivery times

Every CinemaByArt item is cut, printed, and packed to order in our Los Angeles studio after you check out. Total time from order to delivery is typically 10 to 15 business days, broken down as:

• Production: 5–7 business days
• Shipping: 5–8 business days depending on destination

These are estimates, not guarantees. Peak seasons (November–December, major sale periods) may add 2–5 business days.

Duties, taxes, and customs

All applicable duties and taxes are included in your order — you will not be charged additional customs fees on delivery. If a courier attempts to charge you customs or handling fees for an international shipment, contact us and we'll cover them.

Tracking

You'll receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes of checkout, and a shipping notification with tracking details once your order leaves our LA studio. You can track your parcel at any time through the link in that email.

Address changes

You can update your delivery address within 2 hours of placing your order by emailing CinemaByArt@gmail.com with your order number and the new address. After production begins, we can't change the destination.

Please double-check your address before completing checkout. We're not responsible for parcels sent to addresses entered incorrectly at checkout — but we'll do what we can to help if you contact us quickly.

Undelivered parcels

Parcels returned to us as undeliverable (wrong address, refused delivery, uncollected from a pickup point) can be reshipped at your cost, or refunded minus the original shipping fee. Because our shipping is free, "minus the shipping fee" means minus what we paid the courier — typically £5–8 depending on region.
