About CinemaByArt
CinemaByArt is a UK-based streetwear brand producing made-to-order graphic apparel inspired by cinema and hustle culture. This website (cinemabyart.com) is operated by CinemaByArt.
By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products
All CinemaByArt items are made to order after purchase. We use premium 300 GSM 100% cotton and print each piece at our Los Angeles studio using direct-to-garment printing.
Product images on this site are representative. Because each piece is individually printed and cotton is a natural fibre, small variations in colour, texture, and print placement can occur between individual items and from what appears on your screen. This is a feature of the craft, not a defect.
Sizes are listed with a size guide on every product page. Please review before ordering — we cannot accept returns for incorrect size selection (see Return & Refund Policy).
Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Duties and taxes for international orders are included in the price at checkout — you will not be charged extra on delivery.
We accept payment via Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and major credit/debit cards. Your order is confirmed when payment is authorised and you receive an order confirmation email. Production begins shortly after.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, incorrect pricing displayed due to a technical error, or where an item is unavailable. In such cases, we'll refund you in full within 5 business days.
Intellectual property
All designs, artwork, photographs, and text on this website are the intellectual property of CinemaByArt or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site for commercial purposes without written consent.
Product designs reference themes from cinema and popular culture through original artwork. CinemaByArt is an independent brand and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any film studio, production company, or public figure referenced through visual inspiration in our designs.
Orders and account information
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery, contact, and payment details at checkout. Errors in address or contact information may result in delayed, undelivered, or returned parcels — see our Shipping Policy for how these are handled.
If you create an account with us, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CinemaByArt's liability for any claim arising from the purchase or use of our products is limited to the value of the order in question.
We're not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs authorities, weather events, or other factors outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. The version in effect at the time of your order is the version that applies to that order. Material changes will be announced on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
